Refund policy

You may cancel your custom wig order within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund. However, if you cancel your order after this period but before it has been shipped, a £60 fee will be deducted from your refund.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns due to hygiene reasons. However, you have 48 hours after confirming your order to reconsider your purchase, during which you can cancel your order without any charges.
