At Vicky’s Beauty Studios, we are committed to ensuring a smooth and transparent ordering process. Below, please find details regarding the processing and shipping times, if you have any further questions, feel free to contact
Processing Time
- Custom wigs: All pre-orders require 10-25 working days for processing time, shipping not include, please allow 1-3 for the shipping time
- Wig Service: 10-12 working days from the moment the hair is delivered to me
- Make your own custom wig: 15-20 days
- Bring your own bundles: Processing time 15 to 20 working days from the moment the hair is delivered to me
- Custom Ready to ship Wigs takes 1-5 working days
- HD Lace and Bundles: These products take 5-10 working days for processing time, shipping does not include, please allow 1-3 days.
- Accessories: These products are processed and shipped within 1-7 working days, unless purchased alongside wigs or bundles in this case it will follow the processing the time of the other product since they will be sent together.
Shipping Time
- We use Royal Mail Priority Shipping for national orders to ensure fast delivery, with orders being delivered within 1-2 business days after shipment, for international orders we use FedEx OR DHL to ensure your order arrives at you as fast as possible.
- A tracking number will be sent via email once the order has been dispatched with all the information.
Order Confirmation and Responsibility
- Before shipping your order, we will send you a confirmation of the order status via email.
- Once an order has been shipped, Vicky’s Beauty Studios holds no liability for lost, stolen, misdelivered, returned packages due to incorrect addresses or any damages during transit for any of these delivery issues. I advised customers to contact their local postal service directly.
